Recipe for Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour,

two tablespoons brown sugar,

two teaspoons baking powder,

1 teaspoon salt,

1 egg,

1 cup milk,

2 tablespoons vegetable oil,

2 teaspoons vanilla extract,

1 cup chopped fresh strawberries,

Instructions:

1. Inside a medium mixing bowl, mix jointly flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Slightly whisk the egg in an additional bowl. Pour milk, oil, beaten egg and vanilla to the bowl of dry mixture, and then blend adequately until nicely combined. Fold up the strawberries to the mixture.

2. Place a large frying pan or griddle above medium heat, and coat by using butter or cooking spray. Scoop parts of batter into preferred size of pancakes, and then pour into griddle. Cook until corners become firm and bubbles come out on the surface. Turn every pancake over utilizing a spatula and then cook the opposite sides till light brown
